These terms apply when you use hotellobbyaistudio.com or buy a video. Hotel Lobby AI Studio is operated by Pattern Hub LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Questions: contact@HotelLobbyAIStudio.com.
What you get
A 15-second AI video of the two people in your photos, in the style of the Hotel Lobby trend, with the original audio. Results are made by AI and vary: we can't guarantee an exact likeness.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the site and to pay.
Your photos
- Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to be in the video. For anyone under 18, you need their parent or guardian's permission.
- You keep all rights to your photos. You let us use them only to make and deliver your video.
- Uploaded photos are deleted after 7 days.
What you can't do
- Use photos of people without their permission.
- Upload nude, sexual or intimate photos, or try to make sexual or intimate content of anyone.
- Use a video to harass, bully, threaten or embarrass anyone.
- Use a video to deceive people, for example by passing it off as real footage, impersonating someone or running a scam.
- Use the service for anything illegal.
- Abuse the service, for example with automated requests or by trying to get around payments.
We may refuse an order, remove videos or close an account that breaks these rules.
Your videos
- Videos are for personal, non-commercial use, such as posting on your own social media.
- The audio comes from a song we don't own. Don't sell the videos or use them in ads.
- When you post a video, follow the platform's rules, including any rules on labelling AI-made content.
- Videos are deleted 30 days after they are made. Download the ones you want to keep.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the Pricing page.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Every purchase is a one-time payment, with no subscription.
- One credit makes one video. Credits never expire.
Failed videos and refunds
- If a video fails, we retry it automatically once. If it still fails, it stays on your order and you can retry it for free from My videos, up to 3 times per video.
- Failed videos are not refunded automatically: you get free retries instead.
- If nothing was made from an order and a payment went through, it is refunded.
- A finished video you simply don't like can't be redone or refunded.
- If a result is clearly broken, such as a face that is plainly wrong or a corrupted video, email us. We review it and refund it.
Not affiliated
Hotel Lobby AI Studio is an independent tool inspired by a social media trend. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Quavo, Takeoff, Migos, COLORS or their labels.
The service is provided as is
We work to keep the site running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop parts of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. We change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
